The full record · 2007 — now

THE receipts.

Not a highlight reel. The whole record. A basketball club founded from the bottom division. Bars and night rooms in Tel Aviv and Athens. A museum built in a courtyard. A collection in Mostar. Six products shipped in-house. Different fields, same job: take the thing on, own it end to end, and leave something that still stands.

Chapter /01 · 2007 — 2015 · and after

SPORT & fan culture.

It started on a terrace, not in an office. A club owned by the people who go to the games — built from the lowest division upward, with the membership, the culture and the commercial engine assembled by hand.

HAPOEL TEL AVIV B.C.

Founder · Israel's first fan-owned professional club
Basketball · Tel Aviv

A professional basketball club built from nothing and owned by its supporters — the first of its kind in Israel. Eight years from the lowest division to the Premier League, and every layer underneath it built by hand: the membership model, the fan culture, the merchandise, the matchday operation and the commercial engine that paid for all of it. A 3,500-seat arena was planned around the club it became.

Brand & commercial
Football · Tel Aviv

Brand and commercial work for one of Israel's most storied football clubs — the side of a club that decides whether the identity on the shirt turns into something people will pay to belong to. Working with a support base that has opinions, memory, and no patience at all for marketing that doesn't understand it.

HŠK ZRINJSKI Mostar

Organizational development
Football · Mostar

Organizational development for a club at the centre of its city's identity — the structural work behind a football operation rather than the noise on top of it. How the departments fit together, where the commercial value actually sits, and what a club has to fix internally before it can grow outward.

Chapter /02 · Tel Aviv → Athens

NIGHTLIFE & hospitality.

Rooms that have to fill on a Wednesday, not just on opening night. Bars opened, floors run, nights programmed — in two cities that take their nightlife personally and forgive nothing.

04 Tel Aviv

TEL AVIV nightlife

Venues, nights, floors
Bars · Clubs · Events

Years inside one of the most unforgiving nightlife markets there is — a city where a room is full for three months and then everyone has moved on. Opening venues, running floors, building the nights and holding the crowd. It is the education no course gives you, and the reason the Athens work started from a running start instead of from scratch.

ATHENS BARS & nightlife

Bar builds · Programming
Athens · Greece

Building bars in Athens and programming the nights that fill them — concept, room, drinks, music, staff, and the calendar that keeps it alive long after the opening buzz has gone. Done as a local rather than a visitor: the suppliers, the DJs, the door people and the neighbourhood already in the phone.

Programming and production across three hotel brands and twelve-plus properties in Greece — rooftops, pools, bars and terraces. The operational layer that turns a nice space into somewhere people plan their evening around: the calendar, the talent, the VIP flow, the content, and the person on the floor at midnight making sure it lands.

ART & culture.

From a courtyard in Athens to a collection in Mostar. Museums, galleries and private placement — the work of putting art in front of people, and making the operation behind it actually function.

ARTHINA — courtyard packed with visitors
07 Summer 2024

ARTHθINA

Founder · Pop-up street-art museum
Athens · Greece

A street-art museum founded from zero in an Athens courtyard: the venue, the curation, the fourteen artists, the €100K budget, the permits, the bar, the programme and the people on the door. Ten thousand visitors came through a space that did not exist six months earlier — the clearest single proof of what "operator, not advisor" actually means.

PAME Gallery

Gallery programming & production
Contemporary & street art · Athens

A gallery in Exarchia — the neighbourhood that made Athens a street-art city in the first place. Shows built around artists with real standing in that world, including a pop-up with The Krah, the Athens writer who came up in the nineties and has been painting across Europe and Asia ever since. Programming, artist relations, install, opening night, and everything unglamorous in between.

THE HUB OF Fine Arts

Cultural venture · M.T. Abraham Group
Museum & platform · Bosnia & Herzegovina

A museum and cultural platform in Mostar built around a serious modern and contemporary collection — exhibitions, education, provenance research and public programming, in a city where a cultural institution carries weight far beyond its own walls. Institution-grade work: slower, more careful, and judged on credibility rather than footfall.

Strategic advisory
Mostar · International

Strategic advisory across the group's industrial and cultural ventures — a rare seat where an art collection, a football club and an industrial portfolio sit at the same table. The work is connecting them: what the cultural side does for the commercial side, and how a group with that spread makes decisions that hold across all of it.

Chapter /04 · Built in-house

DIGITAL & product.

Running venues and cultural projects meant hitting software that almost fit, over and over. So we started building our own — and then started building it for other people: product, web and apps, automation and AI, taken from an idea to something that runs.

Six products, one set of hands. Scoped, designed, built and shipped in-house — which is exactly what we now do for other people's businesses.

What it adds up to

A club. A gallery. A museum. A bar at 2am. Six products and a collection. Different rooms — the same person walking in and taking responsibility for what happens next.
